This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981, its regulations and the guidelines of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, while applying GDPR-equivalent data-subject rights as a matter of best practice.

Identity and contact data: name, email address and phone number provided when booking tours or contacting us.
Rental data: bike type, rental duration, rental agreement signed on-site and any reported incidents.
Waiver and liability data: signed waivers for tour participation, including age confirmation and emergency contact details provided voluntarily.
Payment data: payment method type. Full card details are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and not retained by us.
Review and survey data: star ratings and written feedback provided after tours.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and website usage data collected via cookies.

To process bike rental agreements and tour bookings.
To send booking confirmations and pre-tour information.

4. Liability Waivers

All riders participating in guided tours are required to sign a liability waiver on-site. Waiver records, including name, date and emergency contact information, are retained for 3 years as required by Israeli insurance and safety regulations. These records are stored securely and are not used for any marketing purpose.

5. Cookies

We use essential, analytics and marketing cookies. You may manage preferences via the top-strip consent bar on your first visit. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to book a tour.

6. Data Sharing

With our payment processor to handle tour and rental payments.
With our booking software provider under a data processing agreement.
With our insurance company when required to process a claim.
With Israeli authorities when legally required.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Retention

Tour booking and customer contact records are retained for 3 years. Rental agreements and liability waivers are retained for 3 years. Payment receipts are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Marketing consent is retained until withdrawn.

9. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS for all web communications, role-based access controls for internal databases and locked physical storage for paper rental agreements. Staff with access to personal data are trained on privacy obligations.

10. Children

Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date is shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
